Before you open an account

How many drivers can I manage?
From a single driver to a few dozen. Invite them by link, each driver installs the app and gets their routes on the phone.
How does my customer know when the delivery arrives?
You send them a tracking link with an estimated arrival. They watch the progress in the browser, no app and no signup.
What happens when a delivery fails?
The driver marks "not delivered" with the reason, and the proof is stored with location and time. When the customer says "it never arrived", there is a record instead of an argument.
Do I need to install anything?
The manager works in the dashboard in the browser. Drivers install the app from the store. That is all.
